Individual Health Care Plan (IHCP) - R Apr 2025
The following was observed and accessible to children: TODDLER CLASSROOM -Three pairs of adult scissors were in a pencil holder on top of the children's cubbies. INDOOR RECESS ROOM -A doll house was not secure. -An electrical cord longer than six inches was plugged into the wall. PRESCHOOL CLASSROOM -An electrical cord longer than six inches was plugged into the wall.
A review of two children's records indicated that one Individual Health Care Plan did not include all of the required information.
In the toddler classroom, two educator purses were hanging in the children's bathroom.

The following was observed and accessible to children: PRESCHOOL -A bookshelf in the reading area was tippable. -A storage unit storing puzzles was tippable. -There was rust on the radiator grate in the bathroom. PRE-K 2 -A storage unit storing play dough and markers was tippable. -There was a plunger next to the toilet. -There was rust on the radiator grate in the bathroom.
