During the visit, eight children were observed in the Front House group. However, only seven children were included on the classroom attendance.
There was an inadequate depth of impact absorbing material under and around the swings in the infant area.
In the Toddler Classroom (downstairs) a plastic kitchen set was not secured to prevent tipping.
Peeling paint was observed on the stairs, railings and posts of the two porches leading to the Pre-K Classroom.

The following hazards were observed outdoors: The maroon slide and 4 Little Tykes slides did not have a 6 foot fall zone around all sides. A plastic kitchen set was not secured to prevent tipping.
