During the visit, it was noted that there were 19 preschoolers assigned to a classroom that has a maximum capacity of 13 children. The program must ensure there is enough indoor space to accommodate all the children present.

During the health and safety walkthrough, EEC learned that the program exceeded the maximum number of children indicated on the license. At the time of the visit, there were 29 preschoolers present in the program. At no time shall a program admit, supervise or provide care for more than the maximum number of children indicated on the license.
