1- Licensor observed that the smoke detector located on the first floor in the playroom was not working, as it failed testing. 2- Licensor further observed that a required smoke detector was not installed outside the sleeping area/playroom.
Licensor observed that two kitchen drawers where she keeps hazardous materials (batteries, tools, small parts, sharp utensils) were not locked. One of the lower cabinet doors where she keeps a cleaning product was not locked.
The front porch is not approved for use in childcare operations and must be secured with an appropriate gate to restrict access.
Licensors reviewed 4 children’s records. Licensors observed that CHILD 1 was missing an enrollment form, physical and lead test.

Licensors observed that the hallway closet where she keeps cleaning products was not properly locked. There was a furniture in the living room that needs a protection on the corners.
