The staff record review reflected the following: 1) A record contained no evidence of current physical. 2) Five records containing no evidence of ongoing bi-monthly observation for 2025 and no evidence of a current annual evaluation.
During the health and safety walkthrough, EEC observed several tricycles with rusted sections and a small ride-on toy with mold on its seat.
During the visit, two educators did not report a child's allergy when asked, despite the child being present and assigned to their classroom for the day. All educators must be aware of the contents and requirements of a child's individual health care plan.

During the health and safety walkthrough, a staff member did not identify two children assigned to their classroom who have emergency medications for their medical conditions.
At the time of the visit, the records of two staff members contained no evidence of current first aid certificate.

The outdoor toys were all scattered around the outdoor play space and not maintained in a safe and secure condition.
