A child's medication which is indicated on a medical letter for a heart condition was not readily available.

A staff record contained no evidence of current physical.
1) A staff member did not follow the program's diapering and toileting plan as they did not wash their hands nor a child's hands after completing a diaper change. 2) Several classrooms did not have the diapering and toileting training plan posted in the diapering areas.
Electric outlets covered, no frayed electrical cords
EEC Licensor observed electrical cords accessible to the children in the new preschool classroom.
At the time of the visit, a child's {REDACTED} was expired (5/2023).
Medication
Only one {REDACTED} medication was available for a child with an allergy condition. Please ensure two {REDACTED} are available in the original prescribed container/package.
A child's record contained an expired individual health care plan. Individual health care plans need to be updated annually.
During the health and safety inspection, the Licensor observed staff personal belongings within reach of children in the {REDACTED} classroom. This matter was addressed with the staff member, and the personal belongings were immediately removed and placed in a closet, out of the reach of children.
