Indoor Space
A review of children's records indicated the following: -One did not have a current physical examination required annually by a certified doctor.
In the downstairs classroom the closet door was unlocked. There was a paper cutter that was unlocked and accessible to children.
Emergency Evacuation - R Apr 2025
A review of the emergency evacuation Drills indicated that for the months of March 2023 and April 2023 they did not document the number of children present for the Drills.
An evacuation route was not posted at the bottom of the stairs in the basement. As this is an exit used by the staff and children it is required to post emergency evacuation procedures.

Medication
Flag stone marking the walk way from the building to the backyard are tripping hazards as they are lifting from the ground.
The only medication at the program was within the expiration date however it was not in the original box with the pharmacist label.

Although many drills were conducted monthly, drills were not performed in December 2021 and April 2022. Please ensure to continue drills on a monthly basis.
