The educator did not use good judgment when she left two children alone in an unlicensed space behind a closed door with access to hazards for an unknown period of time. The educator also did not use good judgment by not considering the ages and developmental needs of the children in her care, as there were too many children under the age of 2 years old, and the educator had exceeded her licensed capacity.
The front door exit was blocked by suitcases and there was cardboard stuffed into a space between the door and the jamb. The step outside the door was also loose and hazardous.
