Licensor observed a dresser cluttered with papers and other items in the basement. The licensor observed clutter in the living room/hallway pathway and dog poop on a puppy pad in the kitchen/pathway. The licensor observed a floor fan, excess infant materials, play materials and other items cluttered in the bathroom and playroom.
