At the time of the visit, the main door pathway was obstructed by a ladder.
At the time of visit, the licensor observed a three-seater stroller used for neighborhood walks had dirt and mold.

Licensor observed a dresser cluttered with papers and other items in the basement. The licensor observed clutter in the living room/hallway pathway and dog poop on a puppy pad in the kitchen/pathway. The licensor observed a floor fan, excess infant materials, play materials and other items cluttered in the bathroom and playroom.
The educator changed a child in a playpen. The educator did not wash the child’s hands after diapering
