Space (indoor / outdoor hazards) - R Apr 2025
Licensor walked through licensed space and observed the following hazards: **Dining room**- No hazards. **Kitchen**- There were plastic bags accessible; please make these inaccessible. There was a knife block on the counter; please ensure this knife block is moved or covered during childcare hours. **Den**- No hazards. **Family room**- Educator reports that she does not allow the children to enter this space. Licensor suggested she remove the room from her license. She said she would. Licensor observed exposed electrical outlets and a television that is not anchored in this room. **Playroom**- No hazards. **Basement/Playroom**- Educator reports that she also does not use the basement area for childcare space. She would like to remove this room from her license, as well. There were no outdoor hazards observed.
