The review of children's records found several files missing current CPR/FA parental consent. One record also lacked lead screening documentation, while another did not include all required annual updates, such as enrollment forms, CPR/FA consent, and transportation forms.
The staff record review reflected two records with no evidence of current physical.
A background record check review identified the following issues: 1) One staff member has not completed the BRC renewal process. 2) Another staff member’s BRC has expired.
During the health and safety walkthrough, EEC observed that two sink cabinets with laminated surfaces were peeling. The peeling material was accessible to the children.
EEC observed the following: 1) A cable cord that was not properly secured and within reach of children. 2) An electrical outlet with no cover plate.

During the walkthrough of the program, EEC Licensor observed two staff members not following the program's diapering and toileting procedures.
EEC Licensor observed the following: 1) a staff member did not wash a child's hands after completing a diaper change. 2) A staff member did not wash hands after completing several diaper changes.
A child's inhaler and another child's EpiPen were not in the containers in which they were originally dispensed and with their original labels affixed.

The current posted building inspection expired on 7/16/21. The program needed to replace a battery pack for an emergency light. They are awaiting the final approval an issuance of the new inspection from the building department.
One underneath cabinet was unlatched and contained cleaning materials.
