Feeding schedule for each infant/toddler; Infants held while fed from bottle
During the visit, EEC observed that a transition was not organized to avoid children waiting in an {REDACTED} classroom. During this observation, one educator did not use positive child guidance techniques when they loudly and repeatedly directed children to remain seated at a table without activities. The educator did not communicate at children's eye level or have reasonable and positive expectations for the children.
During the visit, EEC observed 2 {REDACTED} under 12 months who were not being held while drinking from bottles (1 child was laying on a boppy pillow, 1 child was laying on the floor).

A review of the Children's Records Checklist indicated that several children did not have evidence of a current physical on file.
At the time of the visit, the Staff Records Checklist reviewed by EEC contained outdated or missing information.
At the time of the visit, several staff members did not have evidence of current First Aid certification.
During the visit, one classroom's attendance did not accurately reflect the number of children present. One child had not been signed out when they transitioned to another classroom.
During the visit, EEC observed cleaning wipes meant to be kept out of the reach of children on a low shelf in a preschool classroom.
At the time of the visit, 2 children's EPI-PENs were expired. 1 educator was not aware of the contents/requirements of a child's IHCP, which indicated that the child had an allergy requiring an EPI-PEN.

At the time of the visit, one {REDACTED} classroom contained wires/cords longer than 6 inches that were accessible to children (speaker and telephone cords).
While the attendance was accurate, one pair of preschool educators did not follow the program's written policy of taking attendance before and during transitions.
