The licensor observed that the educator maintains the children's attendance records by recording their arrival and departure times on a calendar. On the attendance record dated September 25, 2025, the educator documented today's arrival and departure times, and the times for the rest of the month have also been completed.
During the visit, the licensor observed that the educator had not documented the fire drills for the months of January through June 2025. The only documented fire drill was for September 2025. The educator mentioned that her program was closed during July and August 2025.
One emergency card expired. The child's epi-pen is up to date.
