Some of the designated baskets used for child personal item storage were turned over so that the items were left on the floor.
Children did not wash hands prior to snack time; staff provided hand sanitizer, but children did not wash hands.

Some medications intended for children were not available for EEC review, at the time of the visit.
Some of the reviewed IHCP's did not document a parent signature. Additionally, one child had an inhaler stored in the medication bag, but there was not IHCP paperwork stored with the medication. Also, another child had a plan for an inhaler in the bag, but no inhaler stored in the bag. Another child had an epilepsy plan in the medication bag without the corresponding medication.

EEC did not observe a documented allergy posting on the designated licensing board.
The indoor space did not store enough curriculum materials to ensure adequate child engagement throughout the day. One activity was distributed, at the time of the visit; those children who were not interested in the activity were left with no other option.
Emergency evacuation observations were not available for EEC review, at the time of the visit. The program Site Coordinator reported that the program had not yet completed a drill for the year.
The program Site Coordinator reported that two children in care required medication, however, only one {REDACTED} was available for EEC review, on site. When asked, any staff other than the Site Coordinator, were not aware of child allergies and / or medications.
Spray bottles of disinfectant cleaner were positioned on a shelf within reach of children.
