At the time of the visit, an open container of cleaning wipes was being stored on a low shelf and accessible to children.
During the visit, several staff members were not able to provide EEC with accurate information regarding daily attendance records (indicating each child's attendance, including arrival and departure times). When asked, several staff members could not accurately report the number of children present in their classrooms.

Feeding
At the time of the visit, a [REDACTED] in care was on the floor in a Boppy pillow self-feeding with a bottle. EEC reviewed the regulation stating that children must be held while feeding a bottle with [REDACTED]staff and the Program Director / Licensee.

Food prepared/served in safe/sanitary manner
One of the reviewed {REDACTED} medications expired in January, 2020. Two other medications ({REDACTED}) expired in December, 2019. One child’s {REDACTED} medication did not have the prescription label affixed.
In the {REDACTED} mixed classroom, one of the crib mattresses was ripped with exposed stuffing. In addition, the nap mats intended for individual children were made up with sheets, but stored folded on the floor.
In the {REDACTED} classroom, food was served and placed directly onto the table rather than on a protective barrier (i.e. plate / napkin).
At the time of the visit, one staff file did not show evidence of the required {REDACTED} documentation.
