The first aid kit in the basement did not contain the CPR mouth guard
The educator did not wash her hands or the children’s hands after diapering
The licensor observed a (REDACTED) to be laying on the ground feeding herself a bottle. Additionally the Educator is using a bottle warmer to heat up infant bottles.
The licensor observed a (REDACTED) infant to be napping in a pack and play that had a soft mattress placed on top of the one that came with the pack and play. The Educator was previously cited for safe sleep in 2017.
