When the licensor arrived a 9 month old infant was observed to be sleeping in the pack and play, there were 2 plastic balls, one pink and one orange and a small plastic doll in the pack and play. This is the educator’s first citation for safe sleep
There were a few toys in front of the exit leading out of the front of the house
The licensor observed that the 4 younger children, infants/toddlers did not wash their hands before lunch
The educator was only able to show her certificate from the online portion of the CPR/First aid. She was not able to show that the in skill portion was completed

In the dining room the licensor observed 2 containers of Clorox wipes and a large bottle of hand sanitizer with a pump accessible to the children and in the playroom the licensor observed 2 bottles of cleaning supplies accessible on the cabinet
The licensor observed that the heating system in the playroom was broken allowing the children to be able to access the heating coils. In the bathroom the paint on the heating vent was chipping and rusted

The licensor observed a lot of clutter throughout the space. The family room had a cord accessible on the stairs, there were a lot of boxes accessible(educator is decorating for Halloween) there was also a vacuum accessible in the family room. The front door has rust on it and the bathroom door has chipping paint
