Attendance not completed a the time of children's arrival. Must ensure to take attendance at arrival and departure to ensure accuracy in record keeping.
All children in need of progress reports. Reviewed policy on progress reports. Must complete either every 3 or 6 months (depending age). Infants ages 0-15 months must be assessed every three months, every six months thereafter and annually for school age children.

The thermometer read 50°F, but it was noted that the refrigerator was cold. Discussed the temperature in the refrigerator needs to be between 32 to 40° F, and the existing thermometer may need to be replaced. The educator also needs a thermometer in the small refrigerator.
