There were some progress reports that were out of date. Please update all progress reports and confirm once completed.
Licensor did a walkthrough of all indoor/outdoor space and found the following hazards: *First Aid Kit: While the First Aid Kit contained all required medical items, several emergency contact sheets were expired. Please have parents fill out a new emergency contact form or have them sign the bottom of old forms if the info remains the same. *Outdoor playground: Provider uses playground mulch for fall zones in a section of her outside area. Wood chips are no longer the required 9 inches deep. Please add more wood chips to ensure 9 inches of depth or remove any equipment with potential fall heights of greater than 18 inches.

Random review. Two records were missing the destination and means of transportation under general permission, one record missing annual update. Please check all records to determine if they are complete and accurate.
The educator has been placing one child to nap on the second floor bedroom while she supervises the other napping children on the first floor. The educator uses a video camera monitor to supervise the child. The licensor discussed regulation regarding always being on the same floor level with the children and visually supervise napping children frequently. ( monitors cannot replace direct supervision). The educator stated that the child will be napping on the first floor now.
