A sampling of Staff Meeting documentation was reviewed. All staff met for 1 hour in October 2025. Staff are required to meet for a minimum of 2 hours monthly.
The children's files for the two children who were present on the day of the visit were reviewed. One child's file did not include documentation of a Lead Test and Results.

In the PS/SA classroom, the emergency bag, including medication, was hanging on a hook on the wall and was accessible to the children.

Food stored in clean/covered containers
In the PS/SA classroom, there were 2 plastic plates from snacks in the handwashing sink. Facilities used for hand washing after diapering or toileting must be separate from facilities and areas used for food preparation and food service.
There was an opened box of Cheerios stored in a cabinet in the kitchen. The open food was not stored in a clean covered container.

The Programs Allergy/Medical Condition List did not include a child's allergy to cat hair extract and dog epithelium.
This technical assistance visit inspection recorded no violations or advisories.

In the PS/SA classroom, the phone cords was long and accessible to the children.
The Fire Drill Log was reviewed. The log did not include a practice evacuation drill in January or February 2022. Fire drills must be conducted monthly.
The refrigerator in the Infant/Toddler Classroom thermometer read 48F. Food requiring refrigeration must be stored between 32F-40F.
