Of the two Staff files viewed one staff did not have a current physical. The name of the staff was shared during the exit interview.
The Toddler 2 classroom did not have a method of knowing who is present. There was no written attendance present and when asked by EEC, the staff did not indicate any other method of recording attendance.
Required monthly emergency evacuations did not occur during 2/22.
Two children had no IHCP for their chronic medical condition. One child had an expired IHCP. The names of the above children were shared during the exit interview.
