Cited finding
During the visit, it was observed a desk drawer in the kitchen, where a (REDACTED) was napping, contained two sharp scissors without a safety lock, making them accessible to children. In addition, a box of gloves and wipes was on top of the trash can in the bathroom, within children’s reach. Upon inspecting the outdoor space, two unraveled lights ropes were observed one in the playground and one near the back door entrance posing a safety hazard for children as they were accessible.
