At the time of the visit there were two staff that did not have completed BRCs.
The portable sink next to the diaper changing station in the toddler/preschool classroom was not in service at the time of the visit.

First Aid and CPR
Emergency medications readily available
At the time of the visit the program did not have anyone scheduled with first aid and CPR certification. The program must have at least one person certified in first aid and CPR onsite at all times.
One child did not have consent forms completed for their two prescribed emergency medications.
At the time of the visit three staff files were reviewed and the following was found: one file was missing the staff information form and evidence of MMR and another file was missing BRC suitability letter and evidence of a current physical.
