The following was reviewed and accessible to children: TODDLER 2 and PRESCHOOL 1 - There were large sections of chipped paint. The program is in compliance with no lead paint. PRESCHOOL 3 - There was a long cord that was not secured, and the filter screen on the air vent was torn.

A review of bi monthly observations indicated that a consultation with the educator did not occur after his 11/2019 observation.
The following were observed: -PS2: There were picture frames laying on a shelf. These were stacked and tippable. -A staff purse was accessible in a closet between PS1 and PS2. -PS1: Several window sills were dusty and had cobwebs. Sani-T-10 (sanitizing product) and gloves were accessible to children. -The hallway had shoes on both sides, creating a trip hazard.

Rest materials stored appropriately
A review of three staff records indicated that two did not have evidence of a current EEC PQ registration and one did not have evidence of reference checks.
It was observed that the refrigerator thermometers were not maintained and the appropriate temperature in WADDLERS, TODDLER 2, and PRESCHOOL 2.
The following was observed and accessible to children: The drawer knob in the shared TODDLER 2 and TODDLER 3 bathroom was loose and hanging and the side of the sink's particle board was torn and peeling in PRESCHOOL 1.
The following was observed and accessible to children: diaper creams were located in an unlocked cabinet underneath the diaper changing area in NURSERY 2. Diaper creams, sunscreen, and bug spray were located in an unlocked cabinet and drawer in the shared bathroom between TODDLER 2 and TODDLER 3. There were screwdrivers and loose staple refills in an unlocked drawer in PRESCHOOL 2. There was a plunger beside the toilet in the PRESCHOOL 3 left bathroom.
A review of five IHCPs indicated that one did not have evidence of a current plan and two did not have a current parental medication consent.
It was observed that there were toy blocks and clothing on top of the children's rest cot and sheets.
The diaper changing mat (between PS1 and PS2) was torn.
