The licensor observed a person washing hands in the bathroom (Educator identified her as 15 or 16 years old.) when family daycare children are present without having a background check when the Licensor arrived on the premises in the morning.

Licensor observed the certified assistant changing three children's diaper on the same surface on the floor. During each diaper change, the certified assistant does not wash her hands with liquid soap and running water . Three family child care children does not wash their hands with liquid soap and running water after changing.

Licensor observed that one educator was present with four children on the premises during nap time. Four children are under 2 years of age : 1.8, 9 months, 1.3, and 1.9. and there was not assistant present when licensor arrived .
Licensor observed the nine months old infant was napping with covering with blanket during nap time.

When Licensor reviewed the assistant's and children's attendance log from 02/01/2022 to 02/18/2022 on file, Licensor found out the educator was present with six children. Five children are under 2 years of age : 1.9, 9 months, 1.3, 1.8 and 1.9. and there was not assistant present after 11:00 am or 4:00pm daily on file.
