One staff file was missing bi monthly observations, Staff Orientation Checklist, Staff orientation, and documentation of EEC Essentials. One Staff file was missing bimonthly observations, and documentation of EEC Essentials.
One child was observed drinking a bottle propped in its mouth in a swinging device.
One staff file did not have documentation of First Aid training.

Two children in the Infant classroom was observed drinking a bottle in a boppy seat and bouncy chair.
This change of location visit inspection recorded no violations or advisories.
The following items were noted: 1. First Steps a broom was not stored in a sanitary manner and was accessible to children. 2.Toddler 2: An area rug with volcano pictures on it was buckled posing a tripping hazard. 3. Toddler 1 had a child size step stool that did not have a slip proof bottom. 4. Pre K reading nook area had obstructed view of the children in play because a doll house and car garage play set were set on top of a child size shelf. The placement of these items also posed a potential falling and injury hazard to children. (Staff re-moved these items during the licensors visits.) A child size shelf was not secured and posed a tipping hazard. There was also a large area of rust on the stall walls in the pre-k bathroom.

A current children's records checklist was not available for review and the programs children's transportation plan was missing EEC required information.
An infant was observed with a sound device inside their crib.
