There was inaccurate attendance in both the Koala and Panda Bear classrooms. In the both classrooms all children were already written out for the day with a time that they are expected to leave. Pre writing a time of release does not meet the intent of the regulation.
One child had expired enrollment paperwork (consents).
At the time of the visit, the licensor noted the following: 1.One child requiring an individualized health care plan was missing two allergy action plans. 2.One child with an IHCP form was missing all required EEC information.

One child had their [REDACTED] with out any prescription or box. All medication must be stored with the prescription affixed to medication container/ box.
