The program operated out of it's licensed capacity for the front and middle rooms and had over ten children in both rooms. The licensed capacity for both rooms is 8 children.
1. Two radiators in the hallway and classrooms were not protected by permanent screens, guards, insulation or another suitable device that prevents children from coming in contact with them. 2. A hot pipe in the hallway was not protected by a suitable device that prevents children from coming in contact with them.
The fire inspection was not current.
