Two children's progress reports were out of date.
The infant did not wash hands with liquid soap and running water before eating morning snack orange in the playroom .
The refrigerator temperature is at 25 degrees Fahrenheit.
Children's attendance logs were not available for the Licensor to review from the month of August 2022 to 09/07/2022.
