At the time of visit, the licensor observed the trash bin did not have a cover on. The water temperature is 125 degrees Fahrenheit.

At the time of the visit, the exit route through the kitchen was being blocked by a large trash can. Educator stated she will move the trash can to the bathroom.
The educator's Parent Handbook is incomplete, the emergency plan is missing information about how she will contact the parents in case of an emergency and her plan or response in case a child goes missing. It is also missing information about Lead in the premise.

The Educator was observed changing a child’s diaper and did not have the child wash their hands afterwards. The Educator offered the children snack without having them wash their hands before or after eating.
The second Exit was obstructed by the trash can in front of the door and once the door was opened, there was a recycling bin blocking the entryway leading to the front of the house.
Educator documents the children's attendance consistently. However, a few children's pick-up time were not document on a few days. Educator stated she will be more mindful of this matter and make sure children's pick up time is documented more consistently.
3 window cords are too long and are accessible to children and could be hazardous. There are plastic bags in a drawer in the Kitchen which are accessible to children and could be hazardous.
