Proof of vaccinations for the small dog who stays off of the Kitchen on the First Floor was not available to review, which was discussed at previous visits.
Refrigerator thermometer is missing from the refrigerator and the temperature was not available to review.

There is adult toothpaste, children’s toothpaste, a can of disinfecting spray, and a bottle of cleaner in the bathroom cabinet that is accessible to children and could be hazardous. There is a shelf in the Large Playroom that is not secure and could be a tipping hazard. There is a can of insect spray and a large bottle of cleaner in the cabinets in the Kitchen, which are accessible and could be hazardous to the children.
2 outlets in the Kitchen are missing outlet covers.

At the time of the visit, licensor observed an unapproved caregiver staffing the program. The educator was upstairs getting ready to take shower when licensor arrived.

One child enrolled in the program has a medical condition and the educator has not posted it.
