Of 3 staff files reviewed-3 were missing statement of compliance with BRC requirements and suitability letters and 1 was missing a staff physical/letter of medical clearance.
Of 3 children files reviewed, 2 had Individual Health Care Plans that were not signed by a doctor.

Although there were no children in the crib at the time, there was a stuffed animal observed in a crib; also 3 crib sheets were too loose.
