The children were seated in highchairs and bouncy seats to watch television for an extended amount of time.
The educator did not wash her hands after she, changed one diaper the next diaper change she washed them in the kitchen sink. the two children's hands were also not washed after diaper changing.

The cot educator is currently using is small for one of the children present at the time of the visit, the child's foot was observed dangling out of the cot.

Care of young children - curriculum
The educator communicated that her two children leave at a program from 12:30 to 6:30. The educator communicated that her two children are present when 6 children enrolled are present. The educator is over capacity due to her licensed capacity is 6.
The educator has 8 children present on a daily basis she currently licensed for 6. Two of the children are her own children.
A child with a peach allergy did not have a IHCP or posted in the program.
4 emergency cards were expired.
A fire drill was not completed in July and the smoke detector log was not completed.
Two shelves were not secured and present a tipping hazard.
A cabinet under the sink contained dishwasher detergent, knives in a drawer and dishwashing soap on the floor of the kitchen. A play structure was observed in the outdoor play space that is not approved by EEC.
Curriculum/routine and structure were not observed. The children were observed watching television for most of the visit.
