The licensor observed (2) hour of training dated 1/17/24. The licensor observed FCC PPM1 and PPM 2 dated 9/28/23. The licensor observed 5 hours of training dated 2/15/24. The licensor observed the educator did not have 30 hours of professional development training available for review during the visit.
Upon the licensor's arrival a heating/plumbing technician arrived at the program to repair an issue with the hot water. The licensor observed this person go up to the third-floor level, which is not approved childcare space to make the repairs. The licensor observed based on repairs needed the water was turned off during the visit. The technician was still on the premises when the licensor left the program.

Licensor observed knives accessible in (1) kitchen drawer. The licensor observed glass bottles, spices etc accessible in a cabinet in the classroom area near the back exit. The licensor observed detergent and other laundry items and stairs to the 2nd level of the home accessible in the hallway exit to the first floor. Educator stated and licensor observed a single cloth towel used for drying hands.

Licensor observed the window in the playroom is missing the screen.
Educator did not have a carbon monoxide detector installed.
The front door exit path was obstructed by a children's coat rack in the foyer. The educator's side door exit route was obstructed by items on the deck which included a big black trash bag with items in it, a large blue barrel, a clear bin with items in it, a two shelf plant stand that held two plants and then about 4 plant pots. At the bottom of the deck steps there was a porta potty which blocked the exit.
Educator's hot water was not on during visit.
