Licensor observed the educator feeding Banana to the babies. Educator was feeding them with her fingers and was using the same fingers to feed both children. Licensor addressed this matter and educator grabbed a bowl and spoon for each child and fed them with individual spoons.

As observed at the time of the visit, the playpen mat is stained with liquid and dust and has several dirty spots on it. Educator stated that she is changing them with a new one. Licensor discussed the use of fitted sheets to prevent the mat from getting stained/dirty.
