During the visit, the licensor observed that an electric kettle was being used to warm bottles in the Infant room. The best practice and requirement for programs warming bottles are: Bottles may be heated or thawed under running water that is not warmer than 120 degrees Fahrenheit [See 606 CMR 7.07(10)(l)].

The EEC Licensor observed in the preschool classroom a photocopy machine that had electrical cords accessible to children and causing a tripping hazard.

the licensor noted the following: 1. Infant/Toddler classrooms missing locks on the cabinet drawers 2. Infant/Toddler classroom missing labeling on children's water bottles. 3. Preschool classroom, Teacher desk without locks on drawers. 4. Preschool classroom Teachers' purse that is accessible to children. 5. Preschool classroom water bottles that were not labeled 6. Preschool classroom cots are not labeled with children's names. 7. Infant room cribs not labeled 8. Infant room: bottle and fruit containers that are missing labels with children's names. 9. Infant room missing paper barrier for changing table. 10. Infant room: Bleach on the changing table
