Licensor observed a child sized stove was still unsecured in the basement playroom. The licensor observed a first-floor playroom was cluttered with pillows, suitcases, bags of clothes, boxes and toiletries.

Licensor observed educator did not have toothbrushes or non-participation forms.
Licensor observed the exit leading into the basement playroom was partially blocked by a shoe rack preventing the gate from properly opening. The licensor observed an air conditioner, plastic bin, bags and other items along the pathway/exit route leading from the 1st floor level to the basement. There was no exit sign at the first floor exit.

A portable heater was observed in the licensed space and is prohibited in family childcare programs.
Children were observed in highchairs during play activities this prohibits opportunities to move freely and achieve mastery of their bodies.
There were hazards present; the grill was uncovered, a gas tank, and propone take were accessible to the children. Also a bench on the picnic table was loose, pieces of wood and fencing materials were also accessible to the children which is a safety hazard.
