Licensor observed ices on the exit route from the kitchen. Educator stated it is the landlord's responsibility to clean it and licensor discussed educator's responsibility towards maintaining a safe exit route for the safety and well-being of the children and everyone else at the childcare program during the care hours.

The Back door emergency Exit pathway was obstructed by a cooler on the landing of the outdoor stairs leading to the driveway.
Upon arrival to the program the licensor observed (2) assistants caring for (10) children ages 9 months x2, 11 months, 13 months, 20 months, 2yrs x3 and 4yrs x2. An 11-month-old was picked up during the visit and prior to the educator's arrival. The educator arrived during the visit after being contacted by an assistant.
Licensor observed an industrial sized mop/bucket, a rolling bin, a infant swing, a large roll of wrapping paper partially blocking the back door. The licensor observed a changing table partially blocking the exit route/pathway on the second floor level.
Licensor observed an unsecured lamp in the second floor bedroom. The licensor observed the refrigerator thermometer reading over 40 degrees. The licensor noted the strong odor of soiled diapers in the home.
