Children nap in pack 'n plays and on plastic cots. Blankets used by the children were observed touching in the hall closet. Discussed how napping items such as blankets, pillows, etc. must be stored not touching in separate bags or bins for each child.

Stairs to the second floor were not gated at the bottom to prevent children access.
