A child with an allergy that requires an [REDACTED] does not have an Individual Health Care Plan filled in and signed by the pediatrician.
Two children with allergies, one with an [REDACTED]. The children's names and what they are allergic to are posted on a dry erase board on the refrigerator. Discussed posting the location of the [REDACTED] on the list and placing a sheet of paper over it to protect the privacy of the children. The [REDACTED]is kept within the educator's reach on top of the refrigerator.

CPR/First Aid - R Apr 2025
Indoor Hazards
CPR certification was renewed on 9/9/24 and will not expire until 2026. An in-person component to first aid certification is required. Educator must email the licensor a copy of the card/certificate when course is completed.
A small trampoline was observed in the big playroom on the second floor. The use of any trampolines is prohibited in childcare.
This capacity increase visit inspection recorded no violations or advisories.
Progress Reports
Developmental checklists reviewed were last completed in 2021. Written progress reports must be completed every three months for infants and children with special needs, every six months for toddlers and preschoolers, and once a year for school aged children (5 years and older). Parents must receive a copy of the report and a copy must be kept on file at the program.
