Changing table with a waterproof pad. Observed a cloth cover over the waterproof pad. Discussed removing this cover so the pad can be properly sanitized and disinfected after each diaper change. This must occur even with a disposable layer between the child and pad.

One child has a sesame allergy/sensitivity but does not have an anaphylactic reaction so no EpiPen or medication is required. The only plan is to avoid; however, this should still be noted on a posted allergy list which the educator did not have.
