There are 2 pieces of outdoor play equipment that do not have an adequate fallzone. These are the log cabin in the toddler playground, and the climbing tunnel in the preschool playground. Both of these structures are too close to the fencing at the edge of the playgrounds, as they are less than 6 ft away. These structures will need to either be moved away from the fences so that they are at least 6 ft away, or access to the climbing areas of the structures that are closest to the fences will need to be made inaccessible.

In the downstairs preschool room, the exit map is posted on one of the inner doors and needs to be moved to the door that exits to the outside. In the 1st floor preschool room, neither exit has the evacuation information posted, and the exit map is only posted at 1 of the exits. In the toddler room, there is no exit map at 1 of the exits.
