The door that leads to the bulkhead cannot open all the way. It is being obstructed by the ceiling. The first step to get to the bulkhead is very high and not accessible for young children to climb on their own. A step at the bottom needs to be added. Educator also needs to add a railing for the steps leading to the bulkhead exit.
