Indoor Hazards
Licensor randomly reviewed 4 of the children's records. Of these, 3 were complete and up to date. The 4th record was only missing a signature on pg. 6 of the enrollment packet, under basic transport.
Licensor inspected all of the licensed, indoor space during the renewal visit. The only hazard that was observed was a screwdriver in the drawer to the right of the sink, in the classroom.
Outdoor Playspace - Hazards
The only hazard observed in the outdoor playspace was the sand box that was not covered.

Licensor reviewed 4 of the children's records. Of these, 3 were complete and up to date, but the 4th record had out of date lead testing.
Licensor randomly reviewed 4 of the children's records. Of these, 3 had complete and up to date progress reports, but 1 report was overdue. Educator stated this child had not been at the program for the summer.
This license upgrade visit inspection recorded no violations or advisories.
Licensor inspected all of the licensed, indoor space during the progress visit, as well as the outdoor playspace. The following was observed: ** CLASSROOM - storage drawers with the children’s napping materials are a tipping hazard and need to be secured to the wall. ** BATHROOM - no hazards ** OUTSIDE - no hazards

Licensor reviewed 4 of the children's records. Of these, 3 were complete and up to date. The 4th had no evidence of immunizations, and no statement of exemption. Educator stated she has spoken to the family about this multiple times, but has not received anything from them.
All of the required items were observed in the first aid kit, except a roll of gauze.
