Attendance not accurate in an infant classroom. 7 children in attendance and only 6 were marked in.
The following was found during health and safety inspection: Multiple sink/counter areas were observed to have water damage exposing the particleboard, diaper changing table on counter in I/T classroom has worn particleboard and is in disrepair, the freezer in the kitchen was dirty and plungers were found resting on toilet paper rolls.
Rubber surface on toddler playground is bubbling up and poses a potential tripping hazard.
Although an educator washed their hands after wiping a child's nose, they did not ensure the child's hands were washed.
One child's IHCP was found expired.
The shared preschool bathroom has a toilet seat that is peeling and the flowers/baseboards around toilets are in disrepair. Sink in Pre2 classroom has a part of the countertop that is not secured.
