-A review of emergency medication stored in the program indicated one child's medication was not in the original box with a prescription label. -One child's file indicated they required (REDACTED)as part of their (REDACTION) action plan. The medication was not available at the time of the visit. This created a possible emergency situation.
A review of two staff files indicated: - One did not contain a current physical examination. - One did not contain documentation of staff training.

A review of the program's attendance records indicated that during several weeks in the school year, attendance was not recorded.
The downstairs and upstairs classrooms had extremely warm to the touch baseboard heating pipes accessible to children.
A review of three children's records indicated one child's record did not include a Individual Health Care Plan.
The following was observed and accessible to children: UPSTAIRS CLASSROOM -In the dramatic play area, the kitchen structure was not secure. DOWNSTAIRS BATHROOM - In the storage area, a kitchen structure was not secure and accessible to children.
