At the time of the visit four staff files were reviewed and the following was found: two files did not have current physicals, one file missing the BRC suitability letter, one file had an expired PQ registry.

Accurate attendance; arrival/departure times
Staff did not take attendance with them when out on the playground. Staff must have a method of knowing exactly who is present on the premises at any given point in the day.
Documentation of medication administration; Current consent for medications
The evacuation drill log contained drills for October and November 2024 however did not include any drills for the last school year. Previous years were in the binder, however, not last year.

At the time of the visit three staff files were reviewed and the following was found: Staff #1 was missing references, evidence of MMR, and FA/CPR certification Staff #2 was missing FA/CPR certification. Staff #3 was missing FA/CPR certification, Essentials training certificate, and a completed staff information form. At the time of the visit four children with emergency medical conditions were reviewed and the following was found: two children did not have all of their prescribed medications onsite.

At the time of the visit two staff files were reviewed and the following was found: Staff A was missing a current PQ registry, evidence of first aid/cpr, BRC suitability letter, and essentials training certificates. Staff B was missing BRC suitability letter, essentials training certificates, bimonthly observations, and an annual review.
At the time of the visit three children with emergency medical conditions were reviewed and the following was found: all children's IHCPs were missing some EEC required information.
