General: Based on observation and interview, the water temperature was measured at the sinks used for handwashing with a calibrated thermometer. It was found that the water temperature measured approximately 140 degrees Fahrenheit at each sink. It was also observed that a sink located in the EH 1 & 2 Room did not have hot running water. An interview with one of the staff in the room found that sometimes the water does get hot but not always. An interview with the staff person in charge found that the sink is not used for handwashing and that staff and children wash their hands at the sink in the bathroom.
