General: Based on observation and interview, it was found the hot water temperature did not get above 70 degrees Fahrenheit at both sinks used for handwashing. Interviews with staff found due to ongoing construction at the school there has been a problem with the hot water. Staff stated further that school officials have been notified of this ongoing problem. The water temperature at a sink used for handwashing must measure between 90 and 120 degrees Fahrenheit. General: Based on observation, 1.) The wall trim in the bathroom to the left of the room was peeling away from the bottom of the wall. 2.) A pipe located in the back of the classroom had exposed insulation, the material lining of the insulation and the pipe had corroded due to exposure to condensation from the pipe. 3.) The grating on the air conditioner contained an excessive amount of dirt and grime. Surveyor observed two pencils located inside the grating.
