During the licensing visit, evidence of rodent activity was observed in multiple areas of the food storage and within the kitchen. Rodent fecal matter was found in several corners of the pantry as well as behind the refrigerator after it was moved. Structural entry points were also documented, including holes that had been filled with steel wool. These conditions demonstrate a failure to maintain the facility free of pests and pest-harborage conditions, as required.
